Project Overview
Baustatt GmbH was part of the AS+P team, responsible for site supervision (structural works) per LBO and internal team leadership. The three-part new build accommodates around 1,000 employees, follows a sustainable construction approach, and is certified DGNB Platinum. Defining features include the ecologically designed façade, photovoltaics on the roof, EV charging, and a two-storey underground car park spanning all three sections.
