Project Overview
The Kigali Convention Center (KCC) combines a congress venue, 5-star hotel, and office complex and is regarded as a national flagship project of Rwanda. Baustatt GmbH prepared the functional design–build tender in accordance with FIDIC and provided on-site construction/project management, including schedule control during delivery.
