Project Overview
As part of the “Power4Steel” megaproject in Dillingen, Baustatt GmbH worked in 2024 as a subcontractor to Fichtner Consult (commissioned by SHS – Stahl-Holding-Saar). On site, we supported the client’s civil and structural works team, coordinated complex permitting and fire protection topics, structured the engineering procurements, and handled schedule planning—acting as a technical consultant (Owner’s Engineer) alongside the owner.
