Project Overview
For the construction of the new headquarters of Dimension Data in Bad Homburg, Baustatt GmbH provided project management on behalf of Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG (client & developer). After completion, the building was sold to Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH; Dimension Data is the main tenant. The design was created by msm Frankfurt. The property achieved DGNB Gold certification.
