The Justice & Administration Centre in Wiesbaden brings together various state and municipal authorities under one roof. Within this complex PPP project, Baustatt GmbH was commissioned with construction-phase quality and defect control. Our services included defect recording and monitoring of remediation, as well as claim management and technical consulting for the client.
