Project Overview
For the refurbishment and reactivation of the Opernpassagen in downtown Cologne, Baustatt GmbH provided project management – including schedule & cost control and interface coordination across all stakeholders. The complex works were carried out during ongoing operations in a prime city-centre location and covered retail, gastronomy and office areas across multiple levels.
